Returns
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Zancan. You may return your online purchase within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. Proceed as follows for your return:
Request a return voucher
- Click on the “user” icon of the site menu (on the upper right) and select the item “Orders” to access your ORDER HISTORY.
- Find the order that contains the product you wish to return and click on the “DETAILS” button.
- On the order details form, check the box next to the product that you wish you return and specify the quantity.
- State a reason for returning the product in the box “PRODUCT RETURN” and click on the button “GENERATE YOUR RETURN VOUCHER”.
You can verify the status of your return request by clicking on the icon “MY RETURNS” on the page “MY ACCOUNT”.
Ship your product
Once your return request has been recorded, you may download your RETURN VOUCHER by clicking on the icon “MY RETURNS” on the “MY ACCOUNT” page. Place the product(s) in the package along with the return voucher that you have printed. Ship the package to this address:

Refund
When we receive your package, we will send you an e-mail notification. We will then issue your refund, where applicable. We will refund the amount corresponding to what you spent using the same payment method that you used to place the order. If the products that you received were given to you as a gift, we will issue the refund to the person who gave you the gift.
Right of withdrawal
Customer satisfaction is a priority for ZANCAN.
Below are the various options available to you.
Right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code – Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Right to second thoughts)
You may return your online purchase within 14 days of the date on which it was physically delivered to you, without prejudice to the exceptions laid down in Art. 59 of the Consumer Code and, in particular, for custom-packaged or clearly personalized merchandise.
To this end, within 14 days of the date of delivery you must complete the guided procedure available on the online site - within the User Area - in order to generate the “RETURN FORM” that you will then need to print and put in the package to be returned. You must then have the merchandise returned within the following 14 days.
Alternatively, within 14 days of the date of delivery of the merchandise, you may signal your intent to withdraw from the sales agreement by sending a registered letter with return receipt to: ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl, via dell'Artigianato n° 2, 36024 Ponte di Nanto Vicenza – Italy. You must then have the merchandise returned within the following 14 days.
Within the following 14 days, after verifying, in any event, that the right of withdrawal and return of the goods have been undertaken in a timely manner, as well as that the merchandise returned is intact, undamaged and without signs of wear and tear - with the necessary handling to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods - ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl shall refund the sums paid for the purchase, including shipping expenses, where paid.
You will be liable for the costs of the return only.
Please note: The right of withdrawal is granted for products returned intact in their original packaging and complete with their certifications and warranties; the products must not be used and/or worn, except to check them, per the customary quality inspection in a point of sale. In the event of handling of merchandise other than that required to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, entailing a decrease in its value, the consumer shall be held liable for it and a refund will not be possible.
Where ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl finds that the requirements for a refund have not been met, you will be contacted to agree on the return of the merchandise under your responsibility and at your expense. In the absence of return instructions, the merchandise shall be retained by ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl.
Defective or non-compliant products
Without prejudice to the application of binding provisions protecting consumers, you may return a product because it is defective and request a refund, informing ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl within 30 days of the day on which you physically receive the products purchased by completing the guided procedure available on the online site within the User Area in order to generate the “RETURN FORM”, which you must then print and place in the package to be returned.
Express reference is made to the provisions of the Consumer Code for any cases of non-conformity.
After receiving the merchandise, ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl shall verify whether it is subject to any defects and/or non-conformity and issue a full refund, where due, including shipping expenses, where paid, and return expenses.
Where ZANCAN finds that the defects and/or non-conformity claimed are not present, you will be contacted to agree on the return of the merchandise under your responsibility and at your expense. In the absence of return instructions, the merchandise shall be retained by ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl.
Refund terms and conditions
When we receive your package, we will send you an e-mail notification.
If a refund is applicable, we will refund the amount corresponding to what you spent using the same payment method that you used to place the order. If the products you received were given to you as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.
Refunds shall be issued by ROBERTINO ZANCAN srl as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of the date on which it becomes aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that withdrawal has taken place in accordance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time needed to credit or return the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit/debit card: refund times depend on the credit/debit card company, but normally are within two account statements. The value date of the crediting of the refund will in any event be the same as the debit, even if visible at a later time;
- purchase via PayPal: the refund will be issued to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to your credit card via your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
- wire transfer: the refund will be issued to the bank account used for purchase; normally, for SEPA area transfers, the credit will be applied within 10 business days.

- If you do not have an account (for example, because the product was given to you as a gift), once you have received the package at the address indicated above, we will send you an e-mail notification; communications regarding the status of your return will then be sent by e-mail.
